His/Her name is Lea T, this is what I definitely call inspiring. He was born a guy, but transition his way into becoming a woman and since then she has been very successful. His dream of becoming a model never stopped, has work with different well known designer, but what I would consider his biggest achivement has been the ELLE Brasil magazine cover. Enjoy:
